Every proper castle is haunted. I was fortunate enough to catch the Ghost of Malbork Castle on film! (Or pixels, rather.)

More seriously: I have no idea what happened with my camera. I was trying to take a photo down the gallery, but my camera malfunctioned weirdly. While I was trying to figure it out, my husband decided to jump into the frame, and then the camera took a picture after all, and somehow I managed a double exposure with a single shot in digital. Like I said: no idea what happened. But it’s one of my favorite photos of Kyle.

I suspect the camera was confused about the exposure needed and had the shutter open for an unusually long time: your husband moved into frame long enough before the shutter closed to register his image but since the exposure began prior to him entering the frame, he appears as a ghost.

You'd think that would be it . . . but I tell ya, it wasn't. The sounds the camera made were utterly wonky, and the shutter click didn't happen until the end. And had the exposure really been that long, the picture would have been completely blown out. I seriously don't know what happened, and couldn't recreate it if you paid me. :-P
