swan_towerI should have saved the egotism link for a little while longer, so I could pair it with this news: Rick Horton, editor of a Year's Best antho series, is doing his year-end roundup of magazines, and in the post for IGMS he singles out "A Heretic by Degrees" as one of two stand-out short stories they published this year.
