This time they took BOTH bikes. From inside a locked garage, wheels in U-locks, chained and locked to a pillar, and under a sheet to boot, just so nobody would glance through the garage bars and see a tempting target.

Despite being pissed off at the day's events, I have written 1352 words of novel and a 1157-word fanfic for Yuletide. And it's not even ten-thirty yet! I think I'll take a break, then once again tackle a certain short story. (The one that's trying to kill me.)
