Nope, both the TV shows are canonical. Which is funny, because The Clone Wars was definitely drawing on stuff from the EU that was canonical then but isn't now.
Allegedly the second half of this last season of Rebels is going to tie into TLJ somehow once it restarts in January. Saw Guerrera showed up in S3 after Rogue One, for example (and he's actually a character who first appeared in The Clone Wars).
