I set up monthly donations to Planned Parenthood, Southern Poverty Law Center, and Human Rights Campaign. Also made my annual donation to Clarion West, because we need stories. Also signed up with https://www.flippable.org/ and https://fighttrump.co/, received the first few emails from them, and took actions (signed petitions, called legislators, etc). I may not keep up this level of activity, if I know me, but it's a start.
