I imagine that scream as sounding like the one that (if I recall correctly) Mrs. Peacock utters in the Clue movie when a body falls out of the meat locker or the bathroom or whichever body it was falling out of whichever hiding spot. It doesn't have the piercing quality of the usual type, but it's definitely a horror scream.
