Interesting post. I would like to note here that you can take away the rage blogging and still have a virulent abuser. I understand why people are focussing on the reviews but I wish they wouldn't; it's edging into tone-policing, and even if it weren't, mean reviews are not really the point when RH was also talking rape and death threats and smear campaigns.
