I'm not sure "Nordic/Celtic/British" is a sensible unit. Tolkien's elves seem closest to the Nordic ones -- Vanar? Alfar? The Mirkwood elves in the Hobbit might have a touch of Celtic or Germany to them. The elves might have some aesthetics with the Sidhe or Seelie, and a couple of hidden cities with one underground (for military reasons), but personalities seem off.
