I justify Daylight Savings to friends by saying that it's a sign that time yields to man; it is not Chronos power, but our own, and we can decide when it is. Anyway, today's a good day to have an extra hour.
Yep. It is now firmly tied to the East Coast, with the exception of some strange counties on the outskirts, like the ones that are just outside of Chicago.
