UGH. WOW. NOPE.

I would say throw it in the trash. I have only ever burned a book once (it was due to a similar sort of visceral horror to what you describe, though different subject matter, and I just wanted to MAKE IT GO AWAY so it would never be inflicted on any other reader), but I realized afterwards that this was an excessive reaction to something that I could've simply put in the trash/recycling like any other garbage. I don't think I personally would want to make art out of it like some other commenters have suggested because art has a spiritual component for me and, not to put too fine a point on it, I wouldn't want to have THAT BOOK in it, or to know it was THAT BOOK every time I looked at it. Though you may be different; I get what people are saying about ritual repurposing, it's just that thinking back to that other book, I remember that even my reaction the idea of having it in my house was pure revulsion. Treating it like the trash it is and recycling it would be my suggestion.
