Yeah. I honestly don't know, because I don't think I've experienced that level of pain -- the worst injuries I've had are minor sprains and bad bruises, so I don't know what my involuntary reaction would be to something worse. Probably not the Horror Movie Scream (tm), but one never knows. (Both of my brothers have broken bones snowboarding, and "muttering a steady stream of swear words down the mountainside" is their reported reaction. But that's not in the instant, and also they're both men and socialized as such.)
