Swan Tower

I was invited to teach a self-defense class to women at a local mosque, and I began volunteering to teach Tae Kwon Do to kids at the local city park. The idea was that they would learn to defend themselves and others if need be, and also that kids who take martial arts tend to be more confident and less likely to grow up into the thin-skinned bully currently in the oval office.

I'm also calling my senators.
